OMNIA FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
OMNIA training is based on the primary basic movements and basic motor skills of strength, speed, flexibility, coordination and endurance.
Training incorporates exercises such as pushing, pulling, bending, rotating, squats, lunges and locomotion. OMNIA training operates with the following motto: MOVE, TRAIN and PLAY.
MOVE deals with improving movement in daily life.
TRAIN deals with high-intensity training material and improving performance.
PLAY refers to the enjoyment and interaction with and between participants.
OMNIA training sessions take place as circuit training for 8 participants.
